Our boot camp offers:
- A program geared to women and the challenges we face on the road to fitness.
- Functional fitness based movements that you will use both in and out of the gym. (Heavy objects are easier to move when you know how to lift them properly!)
- A fun, supportive environment where you will be cheered on to reach your goals!
- Fully scalable workouts that can be modified for all levels and abilities (including injuries!)
- Two trainers leading each session to ensure as much one-on-one interaction as possible.
- A chance to try something new without a long-term or pricey commitment.
Pricing: $100 for 8 sessions (2 sessions per week for 4 weeks)
