We are proud to announce the newest CrossFit affiliate in Southern California! CrossFit SoCal has been a dream of ours for the better part of a year, and it has finally come to fruition. We are inspired by the fact that you can train almost anywhere, anytime. The San Diego CrossFit Weekend Warriors and many other CrossFit affiliates have proven that there are no limits to "Forging Elite Fitness" outdoors, and to be blessed with beautiful Southern California weather doesn't hurt either!
While our gym does not have four walls, we still are able to provide all of the equipment and training expertise necessary for an effective, results-driven program.
