
Today was the first day of CrossFit SoCal's Fundamentals Boot Camp. Everyone did a fabulous job! The WOD was as follows: 21 squats, 400m run, 21 deadlifts, 400m run, 21 push press, 400m run, 15 squats, 200m run, 15 deadlifts, 200m run, 15 push press, 200m run, 9 squats, 100m run, 9 deadlifts, 100m run, 9 push press, 100m run.
