Thursday's are team/game days at CrossFit SoCal. Last week we played Hoover Ball. This game, while not as intense as an all out CrossFit WOD but more so than a game of amateur volleyball, is a great active recovery tool. Active recovery helps keep your muscles loose after hard-core training. Having fun without sacrificing efficacy during your CrossFit training program is important.


I've been a noob at earth of Warcraft. And with that, I signify a genuine noob. I didn't knew anything...At all! But, I knew this: I loved the game! I couldn't get enough of it.
