Erector Set for Big Kids!

We began the pull-up bar installation today!  The finished product will be around 21 feet in length with various bar heights between 7.5 to 9 feet tall.  Thanks to Andy P. for turning us on to Speed Rail pipe fittings.  It is making the job go alot easier. Our Grand Opening to the public will be on 2 January!

Construction Begins!

We began building the two Olympic and two power lifting platforms today.  Our inspiration for the Olympic platform design was from Wichita Falls Weightlifting Club.

Coming January 2nd!  We finally have a new location!!  Our new address is 3755 Murphy Canyon Rd. San Diego, 92123.  We are off the Aero Dr. exit from I-15 next to Sizzler, Kinko's and Jack-in-the-Box.  We will be adding to our hours, including Saturday's!  We will start to hold a few of our classes during December while we renovate the space (add pull-up bars, raise the ceiling height, etc.)  For more information, contact krista@crossfitsocal.com
