Chrissy, another outstanding newbie to CrossFit, stunned us all with a FIVE minute (yes 5!!) back extension hold on the Glute/Ham Developer. Needless to say, her back squats are picture perfect!
Lethal Lisa! Every month at CrossFit SoCal we will unveil a new challenge. This month is 50 continuous Glute/Ham Developer sit-ups..If you have 50 then make it 100. Lisa is on her way to 100 with 60 so far.
