We had a mixed-bag of exercises during yesterday's WOD. All Elite classes did 2 rounds for time of 21 reps of the following: Pull-ups, Kettlebell swings, Burpees and Ball slams, and 10 long jumps and 50 feet of walking lunges. The above photos were of the 8:30am class.
