Leanne, Melissa and Krista practice muscle-ups using Iron Woody rubber bands. 
Try hanging a band from your pull-up bar in between a set of rings. Sit in the band. You may need some help getting into and out of the band. Try the muscle-up movement! Have fun--it's a blast!

We did it!!!! Congratulations to our Affiliate Team who took 3rd place at the Southwest Regionals and qualified for the 2010 CrossFit Games at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA: Lauren Andrade, Seth Radnothy, Marisa DeAugustine, Adam Stevenson, James Storer and Andrea Callahan.
