3-2-1 Clean!

Weekend Warriors is every Saturday at 8am and 10am.  Come out for a free lesson and workout at CrossFit SoCal!  All workouts are scalable and no experience is necessary.  Come join the fun!  This Saturday's workout will be:
Row 1000 meters
Then do 5 rounds of:
25 Pull-ups (sub jumping pull-ups or band assist)
7 Push jerks using 135lbs.  (sub broomstick to full weight depending on fitness level)
