Reaching new heights!

The following pictures were taken during our 4:30pm Elite Fitness class.  The WOD was: Do as many rounds of the following in 20 minutes of 15 1/2 bodyweight push-jerks and 1 rope climb.  Scores were mostly in the 6 round range.  Congratulations to Ann Davis on her very first rope climb to the 15 foot mark!

Our resident dolphin trainer for the U.S Navy and newest CrossFit SoCal trainer,  Melissa Gorumba, reaches the 15 foot mark.

Donalda Wengel, wife and mother of 3.  Determination has helped her overcome major physical injuries and numerous surgeries...and look at her now!  This was Donalda's very first trip all the way to the top!

Chantal Turenne, working mother of two, has also overcome a broken back!  The rope climb is one of her specialties.
