Donalda Wengel won 3rd place in her age group and Par Larson won 2nd in his age group at the 2007 MCRD Boot Camp Challenge on Saturday. Congratulations to both of you!! The following is a re-cap of the pull-up contest at the Challenge from our very own correspondent and Boot Camp Challenge participant Tim Chan:
"CrossFitSoCal folks started cleaning house on the pull-up bar as well. Me, Donalda, Andrew, Eung and Chrissy, all won prizes for pull-ups. It got to the point where the woman shood us away and told us we were no longer allowed to particpate because we were taking all the prizes and she needed to make sure she had some for other folks!
A good time was had by all."
