Steve Rast is a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Trainer, as well as ACE, NASM & Apex
certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Specialist. He has been a Certified
Personal Trainer since 1999 and has trained thousands of clients during that
time. His specialty is in not specializing in any particular area of fitness,
having successfully trained all types of special populations from pre and
post-natal, mentally challenged, elderly and amputees to performance
specialization in any number of sports as well as figure/fitness competitors.
Steve has the experience and tools to help you no matter what your needs are
from basic fundamentals of lifting, to balance and stabilization issues as well
as nutrition and supplementation. While primarily operating as a Mobile Trainer
working all over San Diego, Steve is extremely proud to call CrossFit SoCal his
'Home Base' because of the elite training environment he has at his disposal.
