Monday Through Friday I will be working out at about 9 am. I usually train at about 1130 am but now i have to push it back.
I wake up at about 8 and i dont know how to deal with eating before workout. What do I eat before working out?
Working out in the morning ruin my gains since i wont be able to burn off anything i put in my body for the rest of the day?
I want to tone and gain about 10 pounds muscle
