For a little over a month, Gordon has been training with a 20lb weight vest. Incredibly, his times have been consistent with some of our other non-weighted fire-breathers! Strong work, Gordon!

We did it!!!! Congratulations to our Affiliate Team who took 3rd place at the Southwest Regionals and qualified for the 2010 CrossFit Games at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA: Lauren Andrade, Seth Radnothy, Marisa DeAugustine, Adam Stevenson, James Storer and Andrea Callahan. Hi. I am an overweight woman. I weigh 270 pounds and I am 5'4. I want to purchase a mundane, black, uncombersome, weight vest, can you help direct me? I want to wear it over my clothing to work, shop, exercise. I cannot find one that will fit me, with at least 15 pounds of weight. I would greatly appreciate your help. thanks
