Josh started fundamentals and the Zone on June 1st of this year. He weighed 205 lbs. He now weighs 180 lbs! This is what the Zone and CrossFit can do for anyone willing to apply the time and sacrifice sugar. Good job Josh, and keep it up. Josh is now one of our strongest competitors.
