wish i could post impressive numbers but i wasn't trying for any PR's...have a race this sunday so taking it easy. Plus, Adam gave me new inspiration...knock down the over zealousness, lower my weight & have perfect form. the rest will follow!
Back Squat - 164
Press - 59
deadlift - 229 (okay I lied this was a PR plus I had a long rest..too much chit chat)
Total 452 not bad for this broken up woman!

My total went down 19 lbs since last time because of deadlift but at least my form was a lot better on my deadlift today still not perfect thought. Great job everyone on their PR's it was very impressive to watch!
