Red band pull ups for 8 reps and then switched to blue band pull ups for remainder of the WOD. 95 lb thrusters was no fun but I was so happy when it was over.

95 lb thrusters and banded dead hang pull-ups. I did the first 7 reps with the red band, and then had to switch to the blue. Thanks to SS, the thrusters weren't so bad...it was the pull-ups that killed me!

59# thrusters - any heavier I think I will actually re-break my forearm! Plus, heavier I can tell would risk my form. However, deadhang pullups I can thankfully do, however my arms are literally shaking while typing. I wonder if I can take a sick day?
Great job to all...especially Debra for doing 84# & no mod on pullups! ANIMAL!
