Wasn't able to do any dead hang pull ups without a band...so the best I got today was a few dead hang pull ups with the red band.

I'm going to pretend this is a pic of me doing a strict pull up and not a kipping:) I did skinny band dead hangs for this workout (BW: 140lbs).

BW 120# after 1.5 yrs at this CF stuff this is my first on this:
8KB/12.5VEST/16KB/20DB failed 3/4 way up/20DB fail 1/2 way up/16KB/16KB...just couldn't get up with the 20#!!! Next time!

well, i thought i was only going to get the 5 pounder up there, then i switched my grip and got the 8!!!!
would have been more proud and excited, had i not been working out next to our "little" nicole!!!!
