Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Post time for each of five rounds to comments.
Adam teaches Fundamentals to Mindy. Fundamentals will successfully prepare you to do the WOD at our gym. Fundamentals includes not only popular CrossFit movements, but basic barbell powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting skills. All of our trainers are at least Level 1 CrossFit certified and have additional CrossFit Basic Barbell, Olympic Weightlifting, and Gymnastics Certifications.
