39:48 with green band for all muscle ups but I didn't push off the ground at all with my feet. On round 3, I started to fail on my muscle ups but just took longer breaks in between each one. I was happy to finally do a WOD with the correct muscle up form using a band but it did take me a long time.

nice pic Jess! I'll have to try the method on my MU. I was using 1 leg on the ground but did jump a tiny bit. btw, my aunt works for Nike...i'll have to show her this pic & that you support them...LOL!
