I got deleted...it's cool though because I didn't post anything relevant before.
Sott's Press: 1RM = 52 lbs
I went down in a blazing ball of glory. Lots of sets of varying weight, Primarily above 40 lbs. My shoulder couldn't take it anymore though, so I called it quits.
