What a great picture of Karen in a teaching moment. It truly captures her warmth and attention. I went to a few Saturday WODs where she was either the instructor or working out, and I was always impressed with her style. And I like when the Union Tribune features her as the fitness model in the Health Section!
She's a role model for us over 40 gals!
