Grand Opening!

Thank you to all who made it to the Grand Opening of our new 4,800 square-foot facility on December 13, 2008.  We would also like to thank everyone who contributed their valuable time and effort to helping us build the new gym.  We couldnt have done it without you!

Tuesday, December 9th...Opening Day At the New Location

Today was the first day at the new CrossFit SoCal Location (5375 Kearny Villa Road, San Diego Ca 92123).  It is still a work in progress and we appreciate everyones understanding during the construction phase.  Thanks to everyone who has pitched in and helped out during this move, couldn't have done it without you!
