Nuno was an NCAA Division I Track and Field athlete at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo - competing in the 200M and 400M sprints. He began competing in triathlons in 2006, completing a 1/2 Iron Man, numerous sprint distances, and a few Olympic distance triathlons. He began doing CrossFit to become a better overall athlete in all areas of fitness.

I did deadhang pullups and used 3 abmats for the HSPUs. Soon, I'll be down to 2 abmats.

I'm w/ chrissy on the bling however maybe he removed the hair as to be more air dynamic!
