I have a subscription to Men's Health magazine. Now before you judge me, understand that one of the reasons I subscribe, is because once in a while, they get it right. Most of the time I just scan the articles looking for what the rest of the world deems "fit" asking myself, "Why dont they just do CrossFit?".
So you can imagine my surprise when, in a recent article, they named Erwan Le Corre, as "possibly the fittest man in the world." WHAT?! What about Khalipa?! OPT?!
However, as I read about the origins of this man's training it became very clear to me, why MH would give him this title.
Erwan Le Corre has revived this training method and now trains some of the world's most elite athletes.
Wether or not you agree with Men's Health, I think we can all agree that he's got a sweet gym.
