Tired? Sore? Over worked?
Tim Chan is a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainer and has over ten years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry. He is an avid CrossFitter, as well as CrossFit SoCal's Yoga instructor. This yoga class is open to all levels and consists of a yoga warm up, basic yoga poses followed by 5 – 10 minutes of deep relaxation, nothing extreme. Participants should wear comfortable clothes for stretching and moving.
When applicable, Tim will address transferable movements and poses that can assist participants in their Crossfit training. While Yoga class is not competitive, timed or done to death metal rock, it still can be a very complimentary activity to CrossFit. The fee is $5 per class paid to Tim before the start of class.
Tim leads Yoga classes for all ability levels on Thursday nights at 7pm.
All classes are approximately 1 hour long.

Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Chest-to bar pull-ups
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
