A big thank you to everyone who was able to come out and support all of us at this years Regional Qualifiers; we couldn't have done it without all of the support.
Congratulations to Nuno who took 15th overall.
This was out of 92 male competitors.
The workouts were intense, the heat was blistering, and the competition was brutal.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us. Our cheering section was EPIC!! I know I wouldn't have been able to go as hard as I did without you guys right there pushing us through that heat. You guys are awesome!

Great Job Competitors! Everyone of you kicked ass and had a great attitude despite what later turned out to be record breaking temperatures! Sunday's high was 94 degrees with a heat index of 98 which was the hottest April day in the 95 years temperature records have been kept in Tustin. Ouch!

You're all amazing!!! It was hard enough to just stand in the hot sun ... I don't know how you guys made it through those workouts! I'm working on the pics I took now - I hope to have some online soon. I'll post the link here & in the forum.

Awesome job guys, unbelievable performances for everyone - aside from Mike G who brought shame on us all with his terrible head head spinning around a bat technique. Seriously though, you guys did amazing.
It was also awesome having such a huge turnout for the support, it made the weekend a ton of fun!

Proud does not begin to describe what I feel for our SoCal athletes! A special shout out and thanks to all of those who volunteered as judges in the oppressive heat with little to no breaks: Karen, Chrissy, Tim, Mike D., Andrew, and Jesse (our adopted NorCal CrossFitter). Also, thanks to all of our members who came out to cheer their brothers and sisters in CrossFit on!! We appreciate your support!!

I'm so proud of all the competitors and am so proud of how well everyone did! I don't know how you worked out in the heat but you guys did amazing! You should be nothing but proud of yourselved!
