Similar to adult classes, but done kid-style! Includes a warm-up, skill building, WOD, and game!
SoCal Tots (ages 3-6)
Saturdays
8:00-8:30am
Basic CrossFit movements with games and fun "workouts".
$5 per class.

Dillan rowed 75 meters
Did about 20 sit-ups with the abmat
and 20 or so burpees!
Age: 18 months
Ht: 2 feet
Wt: 21 pounds
