As many rounds as possible in eight minutes of:
Four handstand push-ups on paralletes, eight kettlebell swings (1.5/2
pood) and 12 GHD sit-ups.
Remember- this workout was the last of 5 grueling workouts on the first day of the individual competition. It was completed in the hot sun on the black top.

I can't even begin to describe how sore I am after the last two days! My "comeback" after nearly 3 months of being nearly sedentary is going to be slow going. That's okay, I'll get there!
4 rounds + 3 HSPU's
Subbed box HSPU's. I've lost so much upper body strength, I almost fell off the wall as soon as I got up there! Hence the box...
