This workout was insane - i think my 2 rounds was 10 something and 3 rounds was 16:51 - i was feeling it all day too. Definitely one of the most brutal workouts we've done in awhile - in a good way thouhg :)

Ahmik changed it to 2 round after he almost died.
Yeah this sucked! I had to go slow on the DL because of my back. (Still a little sore)
And my back feels great today too. I need to do this on all my DL WODs until I can go fast with a straight back.

I did three rounds too. It sucked. I didn't write my time down though. I haven't been writing my times down half the time lately.

I did this one in 13:25. I agree that it was pretty miserable. I tried to have really good form on the DLs the first round and it took me a while so I threw that out the window second round and sped up significantly but now I'm thinking that wasn't the best idea.
