Bench Press, 1 rep (be conservative and use spotters)
Deadlift, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
You have 5 minutes to make as many attempts as you would like for each
lift with 3 minutes between lifts.

Yeah, the wmv doesn't link. The quicktime downloads fine, but I can't watch it on my stupid Govt computer.
1061 for the WOD. PRd on the Squat by 30 lbs.
