3 Push Jerks or Split Jerks 115/80 lbs
6 Pull Ups
9 Push Ups
Lvl 2: 155/105lbs and arms must be at full extension when hands come off the ground for the pushups.

We did it!!!! Congratulations to our Affiliate Team who took 3rd place at the Southwest Regionals and qualified for the 2010 CrossFit Games at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA: Lauren Andrade, Seth Radnothy, Marisa DeAugustine, Adam Stevenson, James Storer and Andrea Callahan.
