Come support your CrossFit SoCal family tomorrow morning!!!
CrossFit SoCal will be having a Pep Rally beginning at 10am tomorrow morning (July 10th) to celebrate the gym, members, and athletes that will be competing in the 2010 CrossFit Games.
Please feel free to invite friends, family or whoever you would like; this is a free event for all interested.
We will kick things off with a workout starting at 10am for anyone willing to participate, so bring your WOD attire.
After that we will be showing a slide show that was put together by Adam Stevenson and Tim Chan that highlights the gym and the everyday happening around CrossFit SoCal.
There will be light refreshments available as well.
Please note that the Weekend Warriors Crew will be there also, so we will most likely be starting heats for the WOD.

Lift:
12 sets of 2 squats at 70% of 1 rep max
on the minute
WOD:
With a continuously running clock do two
pull-up the first minute, four pull-ups the
second minute, six pull-ups the third
minute... continuing as long as you are
able. Use as many sets each minute as
needed.
Repeat above with GHD or Abmat sit-ups
Post weight and number of minutes
completed to comments.


Squat - 150.5
Pullups - 12+7
GHD - 22+18
