WOD:
Buddy Workout: As a pair complete the
following (numbers are the total for the
team): You can both be working at the
same time, but you will only have 1 of
each piece of equipment. When there
are two numbers reps separated by
a slash, the first number is for men the
second is for wormen. For mixed teams,
the guys reps count half as much as
the women's reps count twice as much
as the guys.

Hey that's me do my least favorite exercise!
I'll be back in August after I'm done with most of the PT for my ACL reconstruction.
