WOD:
"CrossFit SoCal Total"
One rep Max of:
Power Clean
Squat
Bench Press
Deadlift
Shoulder Press
You have 45 minutes to get your one rep max of the above 5 exercises. The timer will start 15 minutes
after the start of class and will do 9 minute
repeats for each exercise. Use the 9 minutes
to work up to your 1 rep max.
