It feels great to post my times; regardless of how poor I feel they may be. I know that several of us in the gym are each others rabbits. If I cannot "compete" at the same time as one of my rabbits, I can see their time or load on the board.
Everyday is a competition; either against a rabbit or my internalized, self-made beast.
