5 Handstand pushups
10 alternating leg pistols
15 pullups
*Level 1: use full range of motion
dumbbell presses, pistols to a box,
and jumping pullups for 12 minutes
Level 2: Head to floor on handstand
pushups, full pistols
**shortened range of motion handstand
pushups are not allowed for this workout
scaling with bands is acceptable
