Lift:
Thrusters:10-3-3-2-2-1-1-1
*add weight each set
Teams of 2 for total reps:
partners alternate 3 minute periods
where the working athlete performs
a 250 sprint, followed by max rep
thrusters. each partner will perform 3
rounds for a total of 6 rounds per team, 18
total minutes. 1 partner works the entire 3
minutes while the other rests.
Level 1: Choose your thruster weight or use 50% of your heaviest thruster
Level 2: 95 pounds men/65 pounds women
Level 3: 115 pounds men/80 pounds women
