CF SoCal Total:
-You have 50 minutes to find your 1 rep maximum of 5 lifts.
-10 minutes per lift.
-At the end of the 10 minute period you must switch to the next lift.
-You may have the bar loaded at the start of each lift period.
-You may share a platform/station.
-Use spotters on Back Squat and Bench Press.
The order of the lifts is:
1. Power Clean
2. Back Squat
3. Bench Press
