Intermediate: 5@75%, 3@85%, 1+@95% of 1 rep max

WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
Hand-walk 5 meters
Broad jump 10 meters
15 Double unders unbroken
Rest 1 minute
As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
Kettlebell snatch with a 30 burpee buy in.
Level 1: Choose your kettlebell or dumbbell weight
Level 2: 1 pood/0.75 pood
Level 3: 1.5 pood/1 pood
