HOW TO START

Fundamentals One-on-one:
$350 for 8 sessions. All 8 sessions must be completed before joining the daily Elite Classes. Class times vary according to your personal trainer's availability and your schedule. Each session lasts about an hour.

Fundamentals Bootcamp:
$200 for twice weekly, one hour group classes.  There are 8 sessions.  New sessions start on the first Tuesday of the month.

Test out for experienced CrossFitters:
$25
Test outs are administered Monday through Friday at 5:30 am or pm.  The test out lasts a half hour and consists of the basic CrossFit bodyweigtht movements: push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and  burpees.  Then, we will test with LIGHT WEIGHT the lfts such as deadlift, overhead, front and back squats, push press, shoulder press, push jerk and thrusters. Also, be prepared to show the Olympic lifts such as the Snatch and the Clean and jerk at light weights.  These movements DO NOT have to be perfect, but they DO need to be safe in order to pass the test.

Elite Fitness Classes:

Month-to-month unlimited class membership NO commitment- $150/mo
Month-to-month unlimited class membership for Mil/Fire/LEO- $100/mo

Women's Only CrossFit Class
